Founding Partner
Amin Etemad is a long-term investor and developer whose work in Stockton spans healthcare, commercial property, and community development. His approach to ownership is patient and deeply local — assets are acquired with the expectation of holding them, and improving them, for decades.
He has led development efforts that required years of coordination with civic institutions, and brings that same tolerance for long timelines to the firm's investment decisions.

Farr Yazdi

Farr Yazdi leads investment strategy, underwriting, and acquisition execution for the firm. His work centers on financial analysis: stress-testing assumptions, structuring capital conservatively, and identifying where an asset's economics are genuinely mispriced.
Alongside his work with BDCP, he leads YCPM — Bringing Communities Together — and oversees long-term capital planning across the portfolio, ensuring reserves, debt maturities, and distribution policy align with the firm's holding horizon.
